40 years<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance<\/li>\n<li>10 years+ of experience in Accounting &amp; Tax and HRM with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, Significant experience in tax auditing or corporate tax departments<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skill<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>GAAP\/IFRS: Mastery of Accounting Standards (Generally Accepted Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Principles or International Financial Reporting Standards).<\/li>\n<li>Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare balance sheets, P&amp;L statements, and cash flow reports.<\/li>\n<li>Internal Controls: Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or similar frameworks to prevent fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Responsibilities]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Ledger Oversight: Maintaining the chart of accounts and ensuring all journal entries are accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Statement Preparation: Producing the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.<\/li>\n<li>Month-End\/Year-End Closing: Managing the rigorous process of &#8220;closing the books&#8221; to provide timely financial data.<\/li>\n<li>Internal Controls: Designing and implementing safeguards to prevent errors and financial fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Budgetary Support: Assisting departments in monitoring their spending against forecasted budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Tax Filing &amp; Reporting: Preparing and filing local, state, federal, and international tax returns accurately and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Tax Planning: Identifying legal tax credits and deductions to minimize the company\u2019s effective tax rate.<\/li>\n<li>Audit Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for government tax authorities during audits.<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory Monitoring: Keeping the executive team updated on changes in tax laws that could impact the business.<\/li>\n<li>Deferred Taxes: Calculating and managing deferred tax assets and liabilities for financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to final offers.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations: Mediating conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and maintaining high morale.<\/li>\n<li>Managerial functions: HR Planning, Organizing, staffing, directing and controlling<\/li>\n<li>Compliance &amp; Policy: Ensuring the company follows labor laws (overtime, safety, anti-discrimination), maintaining the Employee Handbook, and all other related laws both internal and gov.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management: Overseeing the annual review process and helping managers set goals for their teams.<\/li>\n<li>Compensation &amp; Benefits: Administering payroll (often in partnership with Accounting), health insurance, and retirement plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Working Hour\/day]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday &#8211;
