{"id":15546,"date":"2026-02-19T14:16:26","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T07:16:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forvalcambodia-careers.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=15546"},"modified":"2026-04-01T09:23:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T02:23:13","slug":"collection-officer-co","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/forvalcambodia-careers.com\/kh\/job\/collection-officer-co\/","title":{"rendered":"Collection Officer (CO)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Requirements]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated students in any field or have working experience 2 years in the financial sector.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to drive a car and must have a car driving license.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commitment with field work.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good calculation and explanation in number.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to communicate, read, and write English.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, email etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Responsibilities]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and manage a portfolio of delinquent loans.<\/li>\n<li>Perform collateral sale.<\/li>\n<li>Call to overdue customer, workplace, business place, witness, relatives, friends and parents.<\/li>\n<li>Site visit for finding resolutions or negotiations with NPL customers who are late repayment to pay normally, pay off, restructure, pay partial, reschedule and any agreement as well as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Provide good customer service and support to loan customers during the recovery process.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend taking legal action, booking provision, or taking any measures for NPF cases that are non-negotiable, with no contact or running away.<\/li>\n<li>Record and update regularly delinquent customers&#8217; status for any action.<\/li>\n<li>Update collection reports and activities (call and visit) in to system.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a credit proposal (pay off, restructure, normalize, pay partial, take legal action, book provision&#8230;) to manager for any decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure policy &amp;
