(on-site visit position)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare loan\/credit proposals, calculate key financial\/risk ratios, and submit for approval according to company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and follow up on disbursed loans: ensure timely repayments, detect early signs of delinquencies.<\/li>\n<li>Collect loan repayments and other dues from clients according to the company\u2019s policy and repayment schedule.
