\n\u25cf Education: Pharmacist or scientific background preferable
\n\u25cf Experience: 1y of experience in process coordination, business analysis, operations, or project support welcome
\n\u25cf Language: Strong English Communication (reading and writing) & spoken skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
\n\u25cf Computer: Google workspace, AI tool
\n\u25cf Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
\n\u25cf Willing to learn with new things
\n\u25cf Can handle with multiple tasks
\n[Responsibilities]
\n1. Support business process optimization and improve initiative
\n2. Data Collection & Analysis:Gather and analyze performance data (cycle times, error rates, resource usage) to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
\n3. Project management support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring business process improvement initiatives across departments.
\n4. Training Support: Help prepare user guides and training materials to onboard staff on newly updated processes.
\n5. Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews or workshops with cross-functional teams to capture exact current-state procedures<\/p>\n
