\"\ud83d\udcdd\" Job Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Conduct recovery activities for non-performing loans (NPLs) and difficult-to-collect cases, focusing on the sale of collateral properties such as land and real estate.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review collateral ownership, legal status, supporting documents, and sale procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare and verify collateral sale documents and coordinate with customers, buyers, authorities, and internal departments.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct property inspections, arrange viewings, negotiate with relevant parties, and support collateral sales.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Handle cases requiring legal action or enforcement when voluntary sales are unsuccessful.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare and verify legal recovery documents and coordinate with lawyers, courts, enforcement authorities, and relevant institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare and submit documents to dispute resolution bodies and follow up on case progress.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Monitor legal deadlines, hearing schedules, document submissions, and case status.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of customer negotiations, legal proceedings, and collateral sale progress.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Evaluate recovery options, including voluntary sale, legal action, enforcement, settlement, and provisioning, and recommend appropriate actions to the Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, courts, and dispute resolution bodies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Fresh graduates from any field are welcome, or candidates with at least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Must be able to drive a car and hold a valid driving license.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Willing to conduct frequent fieldwork.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Good numerical, calculation, and explanation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Able to communicate, read, and write in English.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
