    \ud83c\udfaf 1. Job Purpose<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Responsible for developing and expanding the wholesale business by supplying Store Brand (SB) and Private Brand (PB) products to other retailers, including supermarkets and retail chains.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    • \ud83d\udcc8 Develop new wholesale business opportunities and expand distribution channels.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \ud83c\udfaf Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \ud83e\udd1d Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and business partners.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \ud83d\udcbc Lead commercial negotiations and develop strategic sales plans.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \ud83d\ude9a Establish and optimize wholesale supply chain processes, including order placement, product delivery, and payment collection.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \ud83d\udccb 2. Job Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n

      \ud83c\udf93 Education & Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, B2B sales, key account management, or business development.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • At least 2\u20133 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in FMCG, general merchandise, household products, hardware, home improvement, or modern trade is highly desirable.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Established relationships with major retailers, supermarkets, distributors, or corporate customers in Cambodia would be an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • \ud83d\udcb0 Good understanding of sales revenue, gross profit margins, pricing, and commercial terms.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udcca Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udcc8 Ability to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udc65 Experience in key account management and customer relationship management.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\ude9a Understanding of wholesale supply chain processes, inventory management, and payment collection.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udcbb Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Good command of Khmer and English, both written and spoken.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • \u2b50 Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
