  1. Install, dismantle, relocate, and set up production lines and new manufacturing machines.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Set up, configure, adjust, and modify machine parameters and machine programs according to production requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Support machine program changes and adjustments to ensure smooth and stable production operations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Monitor machine performance and ensure production equipment operates efficiently and accurately.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Support process improvement activities related to machinery, production lines, and manufacturing operations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Analyze machine performance and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and productivity.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Improve manufacturing process capability to detect defects and prevent defective products from moving to the next production process.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Identify and troubleshoot machine, equipment, and production line problems.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to solve technical issues and improve production quality.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Conduct machine testing and trial runs after installation, adjustment, or program modification.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Prepare technical documentation, machine setup records, and process improvement reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Ensure machines and production lines comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Participate in continuous improvement activities, 5S, and manufacturing efficiency projects.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing or machine engineering are preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Good English communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and engineering programming software.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Knowledge of machine installation, setup, adjustment, and maintenance.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Understanding of machine programming, machine parameters, and production equipment control systems.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, machine manuals, and engineering documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production lines, and process improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technical skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.<\/span><\/li>\n
