Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

[Requirements]

• Experience as sales in an FMCG company
• Good English communication/ basic English proficiency is ok
• 30s to 40s
• Fundamental computer skills (simple Excel calculations)

[Responsibilities]

• Must be able to travel to provinces by car (Sihanoukville, Kratie, Takeo, etc. – we expect them to visit provinces about 1-2 weeks per month. Driver’s license required
• Sales reps are stationed in the provinces, and this role involves supervising, guiding, and managing them.
• The rest of the time will be spent on PP TT sales duties.
• Transportation allowance includes a company car and reimbursement for gasoline expenses within the work area.
• For regional business trips, a travel allowance is provided.

[Working Day/Hour]

• Working Day : Monday to Friday (5days/week)
• Working Hour : 8:30am to 5:30pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)

Note:

• For overnight business trips to regional locations (expected areas include Sihanoukville, Kampot, Kratie, Svay Rieng, etc.), a travel allowance of $5 per night is provided.
• Hotel expenses are reimbursed based on receipts, typically between $15-20 per night.
• Since the car is leased, fuel receipts (handwritten receipts are not accepted) are reimbursed at actual cost for regular business trips.
• Drivers are expected to drive the car to their residence and park it there. Parking fee at home is not offered.
