[Requirements]
- Female, age 23-33 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economic, Statistics, Data Science, or Automotive Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 3 years+ of experience in automotive sales or dealer management
- Knowledge of automotive sales operations
- Strong leadership
- Prepare reports on dealer performance and market trend
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mind-set with proven ability to build strong dealer relationships.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Computer literacy (Advanced Excel, MS Office, CRM, DMS, or similar systems)
- Willingness to travel domestically and international
[Responsibilities]
- Support dealers to growth sales consultant performance, customer retention, and growth sales units
- Ensure dealers have the right tools, facilities and systems, with necessary dealer visits, audits and compliance checks
- KPI Tracking: Monitoring dealership performance metrics such as Sales Close Rate, Service Absorption Rate, and Inventory Turnover.
- Predictive Forecasting: Using historical data to predict future vehicle demand or spare parts requirements to prevent stock outs.
- Data Visualization: Building dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) that allow senior management to see the “health” of the dealer network at a glance.
- Market Analysis: Comparing dealer performance against local market share and competitor activities.
- Product planning efficiently
- Performance Reviews: Meeting with dealership owners to discuss underperforming areas and creating action plans.
- Training: Identifying gaps in dealer staff skills and organizing training for sales teams or technicians.
- Lead Management: Analyzing the “Speed-to-Lead” (how fast a dealer responds to a customer inquiry) and optimizing the digital sales funnel
- Monitor dealer sales and service performance, providing support for various campaigns and activities
- Track and analyze KPIs, customer retention, and service units to devise and support the implementation of improvement strategies
- Conduct regular performance reviews through dealer visits and provide consulting to drive operational excellence
- Identify operational weaknesses or gaps within the dealership and lead the development and execution of effective solutions.
- Engage dealers to enhance customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute service marketing campaigns designed to increase after-sales revenue (seasonal promotions, mobile service, expand sales-service opportunity project, etc.)
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to explore and identify new business opportunities
