[Responsibilities]
- Discover new customers with overseas branch (foreign company / Cambodian Company)
- Maintain existing customers.
- Discover New Business Development
- Oversee Sales Department operations, maximize revenue, and manage marketing activities.
- Build up very strong network account and business market opportunity
- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Develop the sales and marketing strategy for the company in line with company objective
- Provide staff instruction and guidance on a regular basis.
- Create marketing plans to market and publicize the event in a way to create event awareness, thus ensuring success of the event
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objective
- Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area
- Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool
- Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations
- Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork. When needed, support AR (accounts receivable) collection.
- Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Product and Service knowledge
- Involvement in local trade groups, as directed by the Sales Manager
- Take on additional assignments as required, supporting company needs
[Requirement]
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
- Experienced in strategic business development and managing key accounts, with specialized knowledge in the freight and supply chain sector
- Ability to work independently or a TEAM player in a fast-paced international environment and cope with large scale business challenges
- Capable in building strong and lasting relationships and networks at multiple levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers, both locally and internationally
- Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills as well as ability to do needs evaluation and handle most common customer objections.
- Deep understands the competitive landscape and can adjust approaches to customers as a result.
- A good understanding of warehouse, landside, air freight, LCL products
- Capable in sales from identifying customer needs to securing contracts, and well-versed in handling multi-national, diverse business environments
- Fluent in English, Khmer or Chinese is preferable
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.

- 8:00am – 12:00am & 1:30Pm – 5:30 pm
- Mon to Sat (Monday)
