  • Experience: At least 5 year working experience as a management
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned territories/products/services and an existing network of contacts
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)

[Responsibilities]

General responsibilities:

  • Lead development of the annual marketing strategy. Provide guidance in translating strategy into impactful programs to achieve defined business objectives and annual sale target.
  • Translate market information into business intelligence, anticipate potential challenges to annual marketing strategies and provide solutions to mitigate challenges.
  • Leverage segmentation of Trade Channel to define the business opportunity in brand categories.
  • Drive monitoring of target achievements/return on investment and the effectiveness of marketing programs executed.
  • Strategize the development of trade marketing capabilities and standardized processes for smooth execution of trade marketing activities.
  • Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimizes trade spend and performance based on the insights
  • Drive coordinated internal efforts and efficiencies through trade marketing upselling activities based on consolidated trade marketing plans of various clients.
  • Lead the development and execution of below the line marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities, including in-store promotional initiatives. Prepare reports and analysis for decision making and next action plan to improvement.
  • Build a strong relationship and maintain it with key customers to understand needs and create trade marketing campaigns including loyalty programs, commercial partners’ training courses, generate branding and promotional materials that deliver on customized value propositions.

Functional skills and knowledge:

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, including product categories and channels.
  • Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a deep understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs.
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken).

[Working Hour/day]

  • Working days: Monday ~ Saturday
  • Working Hours: 8:00 am ~ 5:00pm, 8h/day (1 hour break, 12:00pm -1:00pm)
  • Holidays: Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben day, Water Festival.
