Job Description
[Responsibilities]
- Assist Sales Manager of FMCG, be in charge of sales nationwide.
- Supporting to develop sales planning, monthly yearly for per area and per product.
- Supporting to Sale team for achieve sale target set by company.
- Corporate with Sale team to collect AR on time and assist to settle long or overdue AR.
- Monitor the sales nationwide, propose solutions to increase/improve sales: Market visit. Build and enhance relationship with big GT customers/stores
- Coordinate with MT Sales Rep to ensure the sales and AR collection
- Supervise and assist the sales of province
- Supervise sales persons ‘ tasks and activities
- Report market info, sales data, customer data
[Requirements]
- Bachelor Degree in Economic Management, Marketing, Technique or any related field.
- Competitive marketing strategy, Sales Planning & Budgeting, Product management, negotiation skills.
- Experience: at least 2 years in Sales Field of FMCG products.
- Skill: Expert in products knowledge
- Good communication in English
- Good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)
[Working day/working]
- Working day: Monday – Friday
- Working hour: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
[Allowance & Benefits]
- 13th Salary
- Bonus on Chinese new year (depends on company profits)
- Severance pay = 5%
