Job Description

[Responsibilities]

  • Have responsibility all tasks for Achieving Sales Target and Increasing Customer Satisfaction of Store.
  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing and scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, maintaining inventories. Optimize Sales Inventory Control
  • Research current situation (Market/Competitor situation)
  • Timely Data analysis to understand trend
  • Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotion, authorizing clearance sales
  • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Management.

[Requirements]

  • Experience: At least 4 years Store Manager experience at Modern Retail industry.
  • Management ability
  • Schedule management ability
  • Ability of raising up the issue and solve the problem
  • Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel….)
  • Good communication in English
  • Good use of Selling and Communication Skills
  • Being friendly, Talkative, and willing to work.
  • Work experience at the big retail companies is greatly welcome.

[Working days/hours]

  • Shift time working: *2 shift
  • Morning: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Evening: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm

[Allowance & Benefit]

  • Transport Allowance: Include in basic salary
  • Annual Leave: 18 days
  • NSSF: Yes
  • Seniority Payment: Yes (7.5days/6month)
  •  Bonus 1 time per year (Depend on the company’s business results and performance of employee).
