🛠️ 2. Job Responsibilities

1. Install, dismantle, relocate, and set up production lines and new manufacturing machines.
2. Set up, configure, adjust, and modify machine parameters and machine programs according to production requirements.
3. Support machine program changes and adjustments to ensure smooth and stable production operations.
4. Monitor machine performance and ensure production equipment operates efficiently and accurately.
5. Support process improvement activities related to machinery, production lines, and manufacturing operations.
6. Analyze machine performance and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and productivity.
7. Improve manufacturing process capability to detect defects and prevent defective products from moving to the next production process.
8. Identify and troubleshoot machine, equipment, and production line problems.
9. Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to solve technical issues and improve production quality.
10. Conduct machine testing and trial runs after installation, adjustment, or program modification.
11. Prepare technical documentation, machine setup records, and process improvement reports.
12. Ensure machines and production lines comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
13. Participate in continuous improvement activities, 5S, and manufacturing efficiency projects.
14. Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by management.

🎓 3. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing or machine engineering are preferred.
3. Good English communication skills.
4. Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and engineering programming software.
5. Knowledge of machine installation, setup, adjustment, and maintenance.
6. Understanding of machine programming, machine parameters, and production equipment control systems.
7. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, machine manuals, and engineering documents.
8. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production lines, and process improvement.
9. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
10. Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technical skills.
11. Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
12. Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and support production requirements.

⏰ 4. Working Days & Hours

📅 Monday to Saturday (6 Days/Week)
🕗 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🍱 Lunch Break: 1 Hour
⏳ Total Working Time: 8 Hours/Day
